Seniors Card
The Seniors Card is a Victorian Government initiative in partnership with the private sector to encourage people who have retired or who are working part time to continue to engage with the community. Cardholders are able to obtain a wide range of discounted goods and services from participating businesses including travel, accommodation, hospitality, entertainment and leisure.

Apply for a Seniors Card
You can apply for a Seniors Card by
Forms must be sent to Seniors Card GPO Box 4316 Melbourne VIC 3001.
All application forms require a statutory declaration which must be authorised. It is an offence to declare false information.
Replace your Seniors Card
You can replace your Seniors Card via our online form or by calling 1300 797 210.
Change your address details with us
If you would like to change your address details you can do so via our online form or by calling 1300 797 210.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a Victorian Seniors Card, you must be
- 60 years of age or over
- Retired or working less than 35 hours per week in paid employment
- A permanent resident of Victoria
You are not eligible if
- You are an interstate or overseas visitor
- On long service, recreational or sick leave from paid employment

Seniors Card Transport Concessions and Free Travel
Victorian Seniors card holders enjoy significant discounts and benefits on transport and travel including:
- Concession rate travel on metropolitan public transport in all states and territories.
- Two free off-peak travel vouchers, provided annually, for use on any Victorian V/Line or Connex service.
- Free public transport during the week of the Victorian Seniors Festivals held annually in the first week of October.
